We offer two main services – Fully Managed and Find a Tenant but can tailor our services to fulfil your requirements. Our fees are competitive and offer exceptional value for money with the service we provide.

Fully Managed Service

The preferred service for a majority of our landlords in our rental portfolio, we are the first port of call for tenants, allowing landlords’ peace of mind that their property is in safe hands.

Find a Tenant

Our Find a Tenant service is simply that – we find you a quality tenant, carry out comprehensive reference checks and you take over once this is complete.

Landlord Fees

Find a Tenant

8% (9.6% including VAT) of the rent due for the first six months of the rental term arranged.

Fully Managed

10% (12% including VAT) of the rent due each month

Other fees (including VAT) which may arise during the tenancy include:

  • Yearly Gas Safety Certificate administration fee - £24
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) administration fee - £24

  • Dealing with a deposit dispute administration fee – £150
  • Preparing and serving of Section 21 Notice – £180
  • Preparing and serving of Section 8 Notice – £180
